Can I sue this pilipino store next door to my work?

Not that I work cuz Im still waiting for those reparation checks... but i went to buy pork stew for lunch with white rice and I kept eating the pork stew hoping there would be a piece of meat in there somewhere but all there was in their was pork fat.. no meat. Its not about the money... I feel fat and I dont think anyone deserves to suffer like i did. I went back to the store after work to complain and we got into a heated argument and the asians man behind the counter said that I look like a Ethiopian whose starving and that I had no reason to complain.
