Do you feel like it is never going to happen too?

I am 25 and my husband is 34. We have been trying now for 13 months and it just hasn't happened. I feel like it is never going to happen to me. Even right now i should be O'ing soon and i am doing whatever i can to make it happen but i just feel like i will get a BFN at the end of the month. ANy of you ladies who have gotten a BFP felt like this too? I have been to the doc last month and basics are good. If i don't get pregnant this month i am going back to the doc.
