Looks pretty good too me. You upgrade a bit at SP, but downgrade a bit at OF, so they kind of cancel each other out. Your starting OF will be even better, but like you said, you'll have to find out some way to upgrade at UTIL. I think that this trade could help your team. Halladay looked good in his last start, and Beltran should put up some good numbers.
