I need you advice please?

okay I'm a freshman, I've been in love with the same guy since I was in 6th grade, we dated in 6th grade didn't really count bec. we didnt know each other, he's always been the "popular guy" in school and everyone knows him, we dated contently in 7th grade then we were going to in 8th but he went out w.my bestfriend, cheated on her with me one night when he kissed me (my first kiss) then everyone found out, my bestfriend got over it, haven't been close to him since and barely talk to him ever!? what should I do? and BTW hes not the easyest guy to talk too, hes consided and think he can get any girl he wants. help please?
