Is this PSU efficient for my build?

I am replacing a PSU due to insufficient power (650 with 4 rails) with this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139016. I am powering a Gtx 560ti (min 30amps), a phenom II x4 955 black, 8gb Corsair XMS2 DDR2 Mem, a 500Gb and 320Gb HDD, 2 cd rom drives and the NZXT Phantom case with all fans installed. Just wondering if the new PSU will handle it. Im having second thoughs as the new PSU was just ordered and hasnt arrived yet.
