Definitely talk about his appeal to the audience after Caeser's death. That was his way of banking in on the death without having to get his hands dirty. The crowds loved him because he appealed to them as a peer ("friends, romans and countrymen" not "you little people"). So he was good at appearing to be a "fellow man." It's been years since I read it so I'm having trouble thinking of other things but that hopefully gives you a bit of a start. Good luck!
