Kicker L7 15" Solo Baric + SPL 2000w phantom series good combination?

I'm not familiar with that brand, but they're not CEA-2006 Compliant which leads me to believe that their numbers are probably inflated... Also, that sub will be running at 2 Ohms and according to those specs, with mono output it'll only be stable at 4-ohms. Plan on spending a decent amount for an amp that'll push 1000w rms. For example, the JL Audio A1800.
