The stages of meiosis?

1) The chromosomes are copied. (beginning) 2) two cells form, each with half the number of chromosomes, each chromosome still has two chromatids. (meiosis 1) 3) The double stranded chromosomes move to the center of the cell. The centromeres separate. (meiosis 2) 4) Four cells form with half the number of chromosomes as the parental cells. (end)
