Why dont my asus mobo work?

its a asus a7v133 we put a processor that was a unknown speed in the board the socket is a 462 socket tpye supports AMD Athlon with a FSB of 266mhz and core size up to 1.5ghz the orignal processor is 1ghz and we tried another processer that i had and it didnt work. reset bios and everything then put original back it turns on with no display
